Billing Information

Billing Cycle, Plans, and Payment Methods

Our billing cycle is monthly. We offer the following plans: Starter (100 credits) · Growth (500) · Pro (2000). Accepted payment methods include Shopify-managed credit card on file.

Upgrades/Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Price difference is prorated to the end of the current billing period; downgrades schedule for the next cycle.

Refund Policy

Full refund within 14 days of first subscription if fewer than 20 credits used; afterwards, unused credits are non-refundable.

Image Storage & Access

Where are images stored?

Generated images are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 (EU region). You can access your generated images through the Job History page in the app.

How long are images stored?

Images are retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Upon account deletion or uninstallation, images will be deleted according to our data deletion policy (refer to our Privacy Policy for details).

Troubleshooting

Failed Image Generation

If an image fails to generate, check your prompt for clarity and ensure it complies with our content policies. The job automatically retries up to 2 times on transient errors; you can also click "Retry" in the Job History.

Credits / Refunds for Failures

Credits automatically return to your balance for any generation marked "failed".

Data Deletion (GDPR)

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. For Shopify merchants, this process is typically initiated by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store. This triggers our automated data deletion process.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon request or app uninstallation, we will delete your store-specific configuration data and any generated images associated with your account. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will not be personally identifiable.

Limitations

Certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining financial records or security logs, but only for the necessary period.
